Suicide should never be someone's go to plan in a depression. Ending your life is not the best answer for hard times. There are many reasons why suicide should not be considered. Each year, thousands of people commit suicide. About 5,000 to 15,000 or more take their lives each year. Suicide is for forever, you can not undo it. Suicide also harms people are you in the community. Each year, many people close to suicide victims are harmed as well. People you may not even know well may be hurt. It really can have an effect on others. Life is like a roller coaster, it has it's ups and downs. Some days, you'll be up in the clouds and having an amazing day, others you may be down and depressed. Think of the days where you were having a good time, where your times was enjoyable. If you ever think of hurting yourself or ending your life, reach it out to someone. May it be a family member, a school counselor, a counselor online, or a friend, someone will hear your voice. You are not in this alone.
